We remake parts that no longer exist

Your bike is fine. The part isn't made any more.

Every workshop hears the same sentence: discontinued, no longer available, no substitute. That is where most parts dealers stop. We don't — because behind the online shop there is a real workshop, with a lathe, a welder and people who make metal do what they want.

What we can do

  • Machining and fabrication of a part from your original, from a drawing, or from photographs and measurements
  • Steel, stainless steel and aluminium welding
  • Sheet metal work: tanks, brackets, mounts, guards, exhaust sections
  • Repair of a broken part when remaking it is not worth the cost
  • Restoration and one-off preparation

How it works

  1. You send us photographs. The part, from several angles, with a ruler or a caliper next to it. If you still have the broken original, say so — it makes everything easier and cheaper.
  2. We tell you honestly whether it is worth it. Sometimes remaking a part costs more than the bike is worth, and we will say so rather than take your money.
  3. You get a fixed quote with a lead time, before anything is started.
  4. We make it, and we ship it. Anywhere. A part fits in a parcel.

What we need from you

Photographs, dimensions, the make, model and year of the machine, and the original part number if you have it. The more you send, the faster and the cheaper the answer.
